Session architecture
Phase A - Profile (5 minutes)
Checker on three archetypes: camera JPG, AI PNG (ComfyUI/Leonardo), Canva/Firefly export. Record which sections appear: C2PA , XMP , PNG text , GPS-only EXIF. For Instagram carousel heroes, an AI image check on slide 1 is enough to profile the batch.
Phase B - Batch strip (10-20 minutes)
Queue up to 30 files with matched toggles. Split batches if sources need different profiles - do not one-size-fits-all EXIF-only on mixed carousels.
Phase C - Hero verify (2 minutes)
Re-check slide 1 or campaign hero before Instagram upload. Catches wrong folder drag from Downloads.
Naming and folder hygiene
/Source - editor exports (may be dirty)
/Working - batch in progress
/Social_Ready - Instagram-only clean masters
Never upload from Working . Social managers should not pick files modified after Phase B without re-check.

Limits of batch browser workflow
Batch strip does not replace client disclosure where law requires honesty. It does not remove invisible pixel watermarks. It does align file containers before Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok still uploads from the same Social_Ready tree.
Start Phase A on the metadata checker , then batch Phase B on the remover with the toggles your archetypes proved necessary.

Close heavy tabs before 30-file batch on 8 GB laptops - low memory can interrupt download zip. Process in two × 15 if needed.

When one batch mixes sources, run two remover profiles sequentially - SD PNG chunk batch first, then C2PA-only for Lightroom JPGs. One profile for both leaves SD slides dirty.

Is 30 files a hard limit per session?
Yes for browser batch remover in standard sessions. Split larger drops across multiple sessions or days.
Mixed PNG and JPG in one batch?
Allowed if remover toggles cover both chunk and C2PA needs. When in doubt, split by format.
Skip checker if all files from same Flux export?
Spot-check at least one file - upscale or Canva round-trip may have changed metadata mid-batch.
Re-check entire batch or hero only?
